What is DEMOCRAFT?

DEMOCRAFT is a community-driven Minecraft server featuring unique game modes, custom plugins, and a friendly atmosphere.

How do I join the server?

You can join using the IP address: play.democraft.net. Make sure you are on the latest version of Minecraft!

Is the server cracked or premium?

We currently support only premium Minecraft accounts to ensure security and fair play.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards), and various other regional payment methods.

I bought a rank but didn't receive it. What do I do?

Please wait up to 15 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, open a ticket on our Discord or contact support@democraft.net with your transaction ID.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final. However, if there was a technical error or double charge, please contact our support team.

How do I claim land?

Use a golden shovel to select two corners of the area you want to claim. You earn more claim blocks by playing on the server.

Are mods allowed?

Quality of life mods like Optifine, Sodium, and Schematica (printer disabled) are allowed. Hacks or cheat clients are strictly forbidden.
